#Chamisa Hills Golf and Country Club Update

Golf Course Update:

The City Manager has received a proposal from Mr. Schumacher, the person who is considering purchasing the golf course. In his proposal, Mr. Schumacher requests the City adjust rates for recycled water. 

City Staff is currently reviewing this request and will be submitting it to the Utilities Commission for review and consideration at their August 20th meeting. 

As of today, I have not received a copy of the proposal. I will keep you advised when I do receive it, I will post it on my web site as soon as it’s provided to me along with the rest of the Governing Body and Utilities Commission.
