First Friday's With Mark

District 4 City Councilor and Deputy Mayor Mark Scott will hold his next citizen meeting as part of his “First Fridays with Mark” series on Friday, July 5, 2013. On the first Friday of each month, Councilor Scott is at Café Connection from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

District 4 residents and members of Rio Rancho at-large are invited to join Councilor Scott for lunch or a cup of coffee to ask questions and share their ideas related to local government and the community. At the July 5 meeting Councilor Scott will talk about the city’s upcoming special election regarding the Municipal Higher Education Facilities Gross Receipts Tax, and the status of the Chamisa Hills Golf and Country Club.”
