What Does the Future Hold For the Chamisa Hills Country Club?

So what do we see in the future for the country club? I wish I had a crystal ball and could tell you. As the real estate company moves forward with their marketing I am hopeful that they sell the property to some one that is motivated, creative and can see the potential it really has. 

I believe that it has the potential to be a absolute gem. With the right vision it could be a real gathering place for all the people of Rio Rancho and beyond. The property has real possibilities and there are a number of excellent ideas that have flowed my way. 

 Let's all keep our fingers crossed and hope that the new owner can take this diamond in the rough, polish it up some and make his/her new business a huge success in a short amount of time.
