Councilor Scott's Scedule for the Week of May 19th-25th, 2013

Sunday, May 19th, 2013, 10 am-1:30 pm: Mesa Baptist Church: Rio Rancho Police Department Appreciation Day. A 4th annual event where Mesa Baptist Church and it's congregation hosts an appreciation event with a service, and presents items donated by corporate and local donors to show their appreciation for all that the staff of RRPD does in
the line of duty. Says Pastor Carr: "The purpose of this day is to show our gratitude and support for the men and women of the Rio Rancho Police Department". A very generous steak luncheon (free of charge to the guests) was served immediately following the service and gift drawing program.

Mesa Baptist also offered free family photos after the service for all RRPD officers and MOS with their family members, a summer camp scholarship for children of RRPD Officers was also provided.

Wednesday, May 23rd, 2013, 5 pm-11:30 pm: Regular session of the Governing Body held in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Thursday, May 23rd, 2013, 11:30 am-1:30 pm: Rio Rancho Economic Development luncheon with Governor Martinez at the Chamisa Hills Country Club.

Thursday, May 23rd, 2013, 3 pm-4:30 pm: Meeting with the Director of Public Works (on site at Northern and Unser).

Friday, May 24th, 2013, 1 pm-2:30 pm: Meeting with constituent at Cafe Connection.

Friday, May 24th, 2013, 3 pm-5:30 pm: Meeting with City Manager, City Hall.
